IHOP — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

After being seated at table for 25 minutes I had to get up and find a server to get water and place our order because they forgot about us. There was a group of 6 guest hovering on the side of our table for 15 minutes after we arrived because the bill was over charged. They ran out of straws and my water glasses had a finger print along the top (I couldn't drink it) but the rest of the food utensils were clean. I asked our server about the tooth pick that was obviously left over from a previous guess and was used (my kind way of pointing it out). He told me it was from a previous guest and whoever bussed the table did clean the table good, then he walked away, left it,didn't re-buss the table at all, I had to us napkins to remove it after our food came. There was salt or sugar spilled all over the table next to us, servers walked by it several times and not one cleaned it up. The seats had crumbs, trash in them, even had a paper covering for a straw which ask the question 🤔: they don't have straws, then how long has this covering for a straw been sitting here and the table didn't get cleaned properly? The floors were also un swept which would appear for at least a day. The serve bussed another table on another row beside us and left chunks of food on top of the table (it wasn't small at all). They never came back to check on us not once. That was my enter to exist lasting about 1 hour 15 minutes. I very rarely give bad reviews, but this place has to be the worst that I've been to in years. I could understand if they were understaffed but there were 5 servers, one hosting person and 9 guest seated at tables. Place wasn't packed, not busy, not rushed at all. The second servers computer station was right next to us and they continued to walk right by us clearly seeing that we didn't even have a refreshments served, I had to get up to get the hosting person an he took our order, they walked past the other un properly cleaned tables, one server didn't have a matching color outfit (everyone else was black and white, his was royal blue) we didn't even think he was a server and I was upset that maybe I could've flagged him down getting a order in at least. Very bad management! Need much...

Terrible customer service, I will not be returning ever again ! So my friend and I went to ihop last night and I ordered onion rings they brought me the onion rings and it was only about 5 or 6 , and on the menu the price says 4.69 so I felt I could have got something else perhaps. I told our waiter that I didn't want the food anymore and he says "Why did you get it , if you weren't going to eat it" I was in shock and I had no idea what to say so I just sat there puzzled and finally I said I just didn't want it. Mind you he had a weird vibe when we got there he wasn't treating us like customers should be treated . Anyways , my friend finally got her food , and she realized that what he said to me wasn't good customer service skills , she called him over and asked if he was the manager he said yess , she said "I don't think you have good customer service skills and You shouldnt have asked her why did she order this if she didn't want it" he ends up getting all mad and has the audacity to say "one of my waitresses said you guys do this all the time , you girls come in here and return the food" (mind you my friend doesnt live out here and I never go to IHOP) So after he says that she says you know what I dont want my food either because the service here is just terrible and very unprofessional. He talked to us like we were two children and I was just so shocked. After she said she didn't want her food he said GET OUT . After that I was so done , we asked for the corporate office number he said NO , look online. We said okay & what's your name he said "Jose now get out" Never in my life have i experienced service like this . I couldn't believe how disrespectful he was and how he didn't care about his customers. I will never return here...

This is possibly the worst restaurant experience I will ever have!!! We walked in the guy said it would be a 20 minute wait and it ended up being an hour on my cousins graduation day. There were so many empty spots and we waited outside and we came back inside everyone that was waiting behind us got seated first. When we asked the guy what happened to 20 minute wait He said they forgot you’re waiting so I ended up waiting an hour. The hostess at the front didn’t even know how to cash a check and took 10 minutes to cash a ladies check. Not to mention she was rude and her name was Leslien.Then once we got seated we ordered splashers and the cook was supposedly knew and made us pink lemonades. We finally order food and they brought one played out for my daughter 40 minutes later and said our food is on the way. Another 20 minutes passes by they come and bring us our food and get all the orders mixed up not to mention the food was very cold. They also forgot to of our orders and they weren’t even cooking yet. I asked the lady where my daughters chicken nuggets were and she said they were cooking and as I was walking away I heard her ask the cook to get chicken nuggets started. I was so furious that I told my group let’s go we’re not paying for anything and we let the lady at the front know so she took everything off of the order. Did not pay for anything. Worst restaurant experience ever, worst staff...I will never come to this I have and I do not recommend this IHOP their staff...
