While on my way to another taco place I spotted Loco Burrito and the lights outside caught my attention I thought we can eat tacos and sit outside. I get there it's around close to 9pm, I see a girl closing the windows so I ask her "are you closed already?" She tells me we close at 9 but you can still order and sit outside so I'm thinking "Perfect!" My kids all go to the restroom to wash their hands and use the restroom while I order. The cashier Leslie upfront has an attitude I'm thinking she wants to go home so she says "what are you ordering?" With a rude tone. I order 12 tacos and and walk to the restroom quickly to ask my son what drink he wants the restroom is 5 steps away while my son is telling me which drink he wants I hear her say "can she hurry up?!" Infront of my 10 yr old niece,9 yr old daughter and 5 ur old nephew who are standing in front of her at the register (who picks on little kids as soon as the adult walks away?). I get back within seconds and ask for our drinks she repeats my order, I pay and I get my receipt and the time stamp say 8:59pm. All this took about 3 mins! Before deciding to eat at this place we had driven around for about 40 mins looking for a street tacos where we've usually ate at but there hasn't any. I was already spoken down on prior to deciding to take the kids out to get tacos as a distraction just to get out of the house, I didn't need this from her and the kids kept telling me she's rude she said this, while we were eating our tacos outside, she just ruined our night, when I was actually out there trying to make it a little better for us. I was not rude to Leslie at all, she did not need to be rude to me or make my kids feel uncomfortable. I'm very disappointed with the service Leslie provided, we all have bad days it cost nothing to be nice to people who are being equally respectful to you. The tacos were good but the service was disappointing. Why let me in if you're going to treat me rudely? Idk if there was a manager but if there was I'm definitely hoping she wasn't it and the manager spoke to her about her bad attitude...

We used to eat at this place a lot but something has changed. During our last visit in August 2019 we were told that now they only offer military discount to people in uniforms !!! Really ? It was Saturday evening when we arrived there with our kids (aged 2 and 7)to have a simple family meal . We were NOT in uniforms but had our valid military IDs with us. Do the people working there realize that it is not difficult to get a military uniform online or thrift store even if you have never been a military person and the id with your photo is a better proof of your service ? When we asked what fish they serve in their burrito, the person taking the order seemed to be completely surprised ...She went to the kitchen to find out from the cooks what fish they have in their burritos ..but they said they don't know either. We do not eat tilapia (please do some reading about this fish ! ) and we wanted to make sure that it 's not served there m but they don't know what they cook :-( I hope the manager will read my post and will train the staff properly. I'm going to give them a second chance and call in a few weeks to find out about military...
Read moreMixed feelings. The food is really good I mean its like an explosion in your mouth. If I was on death row I would request this as my last meal. but if your on a budget its not for you. If your in a hurry then its not for you. If you thought about calling ahead its a waste of time because they don't ever answer the phone. They are delicious and everyone knows it so expect to wait 20-35 min for your food with nowhere to sit because they stay packed. If its Tuesday pitch a tent because taco Tuesday is no joke there you will be waiting double the normal 20-35 mins. I personally haven't had bad customer service but did witness them mess up a girls order 3 times in a row and then refuse to fix it for her after THEY messed it up 3 times (all she asked for was no bean or sour cream on a burrito) she had to be waiting at least an hour and then got turned away because I quote " you came back three times I'll just refund you because they wont want to make it again" So I guess to sum it up... Its flipping amazing but its going to cost you a pretty penny and your are definitely going to be waiting awhile so don't go on...
