Today I had the worst experience of my entire life on a Starbucks !!! When I arrived to this location with my mom and son. I was just going to pick up my order that my niece had done online. My mom needed to use the restroom so I asked the first person working there if I can please get the code to get in. Her first words out of her mouth were "Did you place an order, " I was excuse me? "Yeah, did you order something"? I was yes I did, my order is on the counter. Please give me the code. Then when she did, the code didn't work. I returned to her, she ignored me for at least 5 minutes until I asked again, she was well that is the code. I was, yeah but is not working, can you come and open it for me? She did not, until another co-worker came out and he did it for me. Honestly of all my years going to startbucks I have never experienced that bad customer service. Never in my entire life have they asked me, did you order something before giving me a code to used the restroom 🚻. Big company like that should have a better customer service especially when the cost has gone up so much. Definitely disappointed with Starbucks and the workers on this...
Read moreThere was a man that helped me first and he was very rude to me I felt like I disrespected him by not knowing that the matcha ice tea was a matcha latte. When he corrected me rudely I apologized and said dang I didn’t know then he went on to keep talking rude and another lady got on and asked what did I want again after she repeated everything I said I and made me repeat everything I felt rushed and that my business wasn’t wanted all because I didn’t know the correct terms. Once they gave me attitude I knew for a fact my drink was going to be Made Poorly based off of them having an attitude. I’ve never had such a disgusting messed up drink in my entirety of coming to Starbucks I asked for a medium in a large cup just for the extra space of the cold foam and they didn’t even give me a small the drink was all foam and ice with a pinch of tea I was so pissed that I spent my money here I threw the drink out. This is unacceptable customer service never have I experienced such rudeness from an employee from Starbucks and never has my drink been so messed it had to been intentional. Read moreI feel like Starbucks is getting to the point where they are popping up within a mile of a each other, but I can’t complain when they have been a reliable source for my caffeine and snack needs. This location is still getting itself together, but I do like the amount of seating in the cafe, along with the community table near the front counter. The one thing I wish they had are those comfy lounge chairs because those chairs are great to sit on when you’re enjoying your coffee and a book you may be reading. In terms of service, their baristas were quick to greet and ready to take my order as soon as I got to the front counter. They had my cold brew and wrap ready in 3 minutes or less. No need to drive down to the Frederick/Sunnymead location where it feels more congested with all the surrounding shops and restaurants.
