I live in Michigan and ordered 4 pair of jeans for work all size 34-32. 2 pair fit perfect and 2 pair were labeled 34-32 but were an additional 8” long! I called the store and after a handful of conversations they said they were gonna ship me 2 new pair without me having to ship the old ones back so it wouldn’t cost me shipping! That’s called making a small sacrifice to make things right. I have chosen to pay the shipping to send the mislabeled jeans back to them because of their decision. I’ve have been wanting to come to this store for years. Finally ended up on a job in the area and right to the Lapco outlet I go! I guess I was expecting more than they were offering. Sure, they have fine FR work wear...some of the best. But the prices were still higher than expected. Definitely cheaper than brand new though.
