This place knows what they're doing when it comes to fixing jewlery. My chain (which has been passed down to me) was broken in 4 places. The man there attended me quickly and was super kind! He told me the amount I had to pay (taxes not included and for fixing gold it was reasonable) and when it would be ready. He said I'd be able to pick it up the next day but I had a flight the next morning so he told me he'd have it ready in a few hours which he did in 2 or so. He literally dropped everything and focused on my chain which was awesome! I went home w my chain looking amazing and spotless! I definitely recommend coming here if u need to fix some jewlery. As a first-time customer, I stopped by to get a battery replaced for my watch. I walked in and was greeted by Jack Justice. I asked if I could leave my watch for a battery change, and he replied, “Ten minutes, and it’ll be done.” Sure enough, just 10 minutes later, my watch was ready—talk about impressive!

Jack is like a modern-day Geppetto; the shop buzzes with life and has an amazing vibe. There was even a little dog lounging on a chair, acting like he owned the place, which added to the charm.
