T4 — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

This place usually have friendly employees and good service. However I couldn’t say the same thing today. One of the employees (she said her name is Anastasia), had the worse service among the workers. She re-did one of the drinks I ordered which I appreciated. She showed so much anger while re-doing my order. She stabbed the top of the drink with the straw as if it was a knife. I realized at that point that she must be upset at something or someone. I asked one of the employees for her name but refused to tell me and said that she was not allowed to tell her name. This is the second time I've been to a T4. The first was in Palo Alto. Wasn't too crazy about that location. Their customer service skills left a lot to be desired. Decided to give the Morgan Hill a try since I was wanting a Boba Smoothie. I'm glad I did. I was greeted right away which is a nice change from the previous location. We tried the Lychee smoothie with boba, honey peach smoothie with boba and the 6-piece takoyaki. Although the smoothies were more like slushies, the flavors were very good. The drinks are good, but they put an asinine amount of pepper on their hot food… I like pepper and it was enough for me to just throw away my snack from there. It wasn’t good.. the pepper and oil made it chunky and unappetizing.

Again the drinks are good, blended drinks are a hit and miss.. you have to ask for things double blended. And customer service here needs serious help.
