Two stars. Prices were fine, selection was adequate, but the staff is basically non-existent. I waited for more than 15 minutes in the store at the counter by the binoculars, and had to go to the front register twice to find a single recognisable employee. After finally making my purchase, I was more annoyed that upon leaving the store, I saw what appeared to be 3 employees talking out front. One of them was the one that finally showed up to unlock a case. The other two I recognized from the several minutes and attempts to make contact with any employee at all, but didn't respond to verbal calls for assistance. There were no identifying badges or names. This another in a long line of failures in modern retail. If you don't want to make sales, assist customers, and be active in the day to day operations of staying in business, then it is probably time to close your doors.Either hire more/better employees, or keep trying to go out of business with a slow death brought about by...
Read moreThank you for wasting my time Dunham’s. Waited in line for 25 minutes trying to purchase 2 kettlebells today. Finally got to the register, but neither kettlebell had a price tag and they were the last 2 available in those sizes. I had asked a girl working on the floor if she knew the price, but she said they would help me up front. I talked to 3 different employees at the register, none of which knew how to price the items. One employee then went back to an office location to ask a 4th employee for help. The employee working the register then came back out to inform me that I couldn’t buy either item. They were part of a set in which the rest had already been sold individually so the 2 items that I wanted were now marked defective. They also informed me that they were going to track down the previous people that had bought those items to get them back (hahaha sure). That was my first time at the new location and will...

After 2 days I went back to funhams to exchange the pole because it didn't have a handle. I looked where I fished which was a family owned pond it was nowhere there nor in my car, so I know it had not fallen out anywhere. Anyways I when to exchange it out and I went to pick out a new pole which took about 30 mins when I go up to the register the worker said his manager said he cant exchange it the worker said "he was playing with the handle when he rung it up" basically saying there was a handle but no he did not I handed him the pole and he handed it back to me to hold onto until I finished paying. So I am screwed out of 60$ I have to find a replacement handle....
