I’ve been trying to purchase something for 5 days now with issues from their systems not working to their store being closed when it says it’s supposed to be open. Customers don’t seem to be their first priority, but when I went in today there was someone working that drove all the way down from Pittsburgh to cover and open the store, and she was so helpful and kind and really may be the only reason I consider shopping there again. Annah is amazing!!! Went into Francesca’s for a graduation dress, and I left feeling beautiful and so confident with myself. Annah helped me pick out a dress by helping me try on different styles and sizes.
