From the first conversation we had with her to the day of our delivery Lauren went the extra step to make us feel like we were constantly in the loop and seemed just as excited about our new edition as we were! She checked in before and during the delivery to make sure we were happy and when we wanted to add a ramp she responded and ordered it immediately for us and even offered to help us pick it up. We had a fantastic experience with JDM Structures. From beginning to end working with them was an absolute pleasure. Lauren, our sales person, helped me with every step from deciding size and color, sending me several pictures in different settings and then scheduling was wonderful as we had to adjust delivery/installation due to weather delays requiring our concrete pad a bit more cure time. The team that showed up to deliver/install was just unbelievable. You don’t see hard workers like that very much anymore and their workmanship was stellar. We purchased the grand outdoor fireplace with raised wood boxes.and can’t say enough how much we absolutely love it. JDM has been a professional team of builders who put together solid structures. We had a standard garden shed plus a storage/equipment building put up from them. Lauren helped us greatly with the design, questions and management of the custom building. The garden shed was put up in less than 6 hours. The custom building (4 bay 60x24’) was put up in 2.5 days on arrival. The factory build team was very good working with our concrete contractor.
