If you're choosing T-Mobile, I strongly recommend visiting the East Hanover team instead. If you must come to this location, work with Jabari -- he's the only one who showed any level of professionalism. The rest of the management team here is completely out-of-pocket. Jeff outright refused to help, Pedro was dismissive and made racially inappropriate comments, and Aaron -- the actual store manager -- was so inaccessible, I had to track down his info through another store. When I finally spoke with him, he was dismissive and didn't take my concerns seriously, making a misogynistic comment.
To make matters worse, an employee fraudulently opened an account in my name without my permission, just to receive a commission check. That violation -- along with false accusations made by Pedro -- resulted in five months of unnecessary stress and unresolved issues. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Over the summer, I was promised an $800 Keep and Switch rebate for moving from Verizon. I went back to the store August 30 (over 1 month later), and they said it was submitted. I paid off our devices to the tune of over $1000 in September. I kept asking Verizon where my rebate was and they kept saying no problem it's coming. I checked in with them in September, and they said 10 days. On October 19, the supervisor told me I should get it within 2 weeks. Fast forward to December, now they're saying it's past the 120 days window for the rebate, even though THEIR EMPLOYEES told me it was good to go, multiple times. So now I'm out the $800 they promised me. Word to the wise, if they promise you a rebate, don't count on it. Your best bet is to just stay with your current carrier. Can't be worse...

Well 45 minutes later and they still can’t put the lines back. Remind me of the time share companies, bait and switch. Lost a promotion when I first joined cause they lied and I had to pay back, not they got a new account and more...
