Rock Soul Love — Local services in Morris

i went in here with my friend to look around as i love the rock soul love in lockport and i happened to be in downtown morris today. i was looking around at all the different things they have to offer as it seemed a lot larger than the one in lockport, and the man in there seemed very attentive and helpful (spoiler: he wasnt). i had asked him to see a necklace and i was potentially going to buy it so i asked him to hold it. i also had grabbed a marble and i dropped it, which was completely my bad, and it rolled under a display case, which i am almost positive he saw because it happened right in front of him, it made a loud noise and we were the only people in there besides him. i decided i didn’t have the money to spare on a necklace i didn’t need and told him i wouldn’t be getting it and apologized. my friend told him to have a wonderful day to which he responded “this place is laced with cameras, i hope you know that.” i am just very confused as to why he accused us of stealing, and honestly it was very unfair and unprofessional. the only thing i can think is that he thought i snagged the marble but he walked over to where i dropped it so i don’t really imagine he thought it was that. i don’t think i will be returning as being threatened over nonexistent crimes is pretty off putting, and i hope the owner looks into that because i imagine if one of your staff is accusing window shoppers of stealing, your business’ reputation will tank. i love the shop but unfortunately felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable with returning to...

Absolutely LOVE this shop! I’ve been to two locations, this Morris location & Lockport! Both shops are amazing! You can tell the owner of these shops, truly takes pride in what she does. Every time I’ve been in to shop or pickup, everyone is always so extremely welcoming, helpful + knowledgeable! There is soooo much good stuff in these shops, I never leave empty handed. My favorite thing to do is go in to the store, buy what I “feel” calls to me and then leave and research what crystals I left with! Every single time, it never fails, that what I buy is exactly what I need in my life at those moments! It has really helped me through my husband passing. With a name like Rock Soul Love you would think that these people know how represent the crystal community. WRONG. I have literally never felt so uncomfortable in a crystal store before I don’t know what is going on with these owners, but the people they hire are whack. I was spoken to so disrespectfully in this store and I will never return and I recommend you do not either! Seriously what the hell? I’m still confused!
