We had my daughter's birthday party there over the weekend. I don't even think there are words to express how perfect my girls day was! The Owner and her staff made sure everything was perfect! They even help with set up and clean up of our personal items. Very helpful and accommodating! The party packages are the way to go. It takes all the party stress away. Games, activities, and little prizes even....

It was okay. Awkward environment that echoed. Definitely needs some music and more decor. The service was ok but not great. Wasn't really sure how it worked and the woman just stared at us waiting for our order instead of answering any questions. Very overpriced for flavored ice. Flavors weren't great. No highchair- not kid friendly at all. The ice tasted weird too,...

Lake Hawiian Ice is amazing! We loved hunting her down in the summer and so happy she has a shop now. We recently went and she is always so sweet and the treats are always phenomenal.
