On January 8, 2025, My Diamond ring had the post, holding the Diamond on the ring ,broken off. Fortunately I found the diamond still in the post. I had been a customer of the previous owner of this store. So I brought my ring in to check out the new owner and to get my ring fixed. JoJo, the associate who helped me was very courteous while she got an estimate for the cost of my repair. I was happy with the estimate and agreed to have them repair my ring. I was told the ring would be done Thursday, January 16, 2025. I was also very pleased to get a call Today that my ring was done. As it was more convenient for me to pick it up today rather than tomorrow! When I arrived JoJo remembered me and … to say the least my ring was perfect and looked beautiful. Also, There was a ring that caught my eye , in the store, and JoJo placed that ring on my very own wish list!! Looking forward to more visits to Liberty Street Jewelry! I would highly recommend them...

First time, I had lost a stone in my wedding ring. Robin, not only replaced my lost stone but also polished my wedding ring. The turn around time was within a few days and it was back on my finger before the weekend.

Second repair I had was to repair a necklace that the chain that broke. The repair was done quickly and repaired nicely.

The third experience was on my birthday. She had in item saved on my “wishlist’ of an item I wanted. Went in to buy it and she wrapped my item up with beautiful wrapping paper and a bow. I was so taken back by how sweet and thoughtful it was. She took the time make my gift special! Glad to do business here. When Mike Harrington went out of business and the hinged band on my wedding ring broke, I stopped in at Liberty Jewelers and met the new owner Roben and her assistant, Jo Jo. Roben was able have the ring repaired by removing the hinged half of the band and replace it with my Grandmother's gold wedding band circa 1900. Roben found that one of marquis prongs was broken off and that was repaired flawlessly as well. The work took one week and when I picked it up the fit was comfortable, the gold was perfectly joined and the gold and marquis diamonds are as shiny as the day it was purchased in 1976.
