Sorry this is a long one. I bought a washer and dryer from this place last month in moseslake, I gave them my old set. The second day we brought back the washer, it wasn't working properly. They gave us a loaner & said the other one would be fixed, just give them about 3 weeks. (I thought that was great). I was in town last Saturday Oct 28th & thought I would stop in & check the progress of the washer. They hadn't even ordered the part, because it was to expensive. But didn't call me to let me know either. He said I could pick another set, but suggested something that was $300 les then what I paid. But I seen a different set that was $250 more than what I paid. So I offered to give him another $100 & trade the set Ii had. He said no. So I told him I would be back with the set for a refund, he said ok. I came back & he said I couldn't get my refund because the secretary wasn't in till Monday. I said what does that have to do with anything. He said so she can put the money back on my card, I said what card. I paid cash & thats what I was expecting back. They said they have to take the set off my truck to see if they were work to return them. So after 10-15 min arguing. He takes the washer, & I follow. He put it off to the side, & I asked aren't you going to hook it up to make sure it works. He said no, & finally gave me my money back. All I can say is this place was no good for me. I now have the feeling that they were not going to say anything till after the 30 day warranty period. So I wouldn't be able to get a refund or anything. I was just a couple days in that 30 days time period. & I would have been stuck with mix matched set. I would & will not...

DO NOT buy from this store! The guy does not hold up his “warranty” I purchased a refrigerator from him. At first seemed pretty legit that he sells good products. I purchased a kenmore Elite French door refrigerator at what seemed like a steal of a price. Now I know why… when I purchased he promised 30 day warranty and he advertises that. I took the refrigerator home connected it if worked initially. I sent him a message detailing some concerns of operation on how the freezer thawed everything out and the refrigerator side had an odd smell from it not being up to temp. He didn’t respond. I gave it a couple more weeks of trying different outlets to see if my house was the issue it wasn’t. On the second attempt on reaching out which was now past 30 days he responded. I asked if he could do something to help me out since I purchased from him and his response was “I don’t fix refrigerators, find someone that does. I can’t help you”. I reached out to a repair service and was told it wasn’t the first customer that has had issues with his appliances and he won’t do anything. At the time of purchasing the refrigerator I purchase additional items now I am expecting those appliance to fail as well. Save your time and money and buy somewhere legit where warranties are...
