So disappointed with this store, the rude answer and behaviour of the owner Theresa. I placed 471$ order and recived totally broken- crushed 10 christmas ornaments. I sent them bunch of photos of damaged box from all sides, all the ornaments together and one by one, and she is saying that I should claim from my bank, she is teaching how to do a fraud. I even offered to provide a prepaid shipping label to ship it back, they refued. The UPS is saying they have insurance and can open a claim, but she dorsn’t want to do that. I was visiting friends and family in a near by town when I was told about this supposedly lovely gift store. When I walked in I automatically fell under the impression that they did not feel like helping customers when one looked me up and down then turned back around, and the other forced a smile and asked if I needed help before they both disappeared, so I just left.
