Ron's Comic World — Local services in Mount Holly Township

Friend recommended me this place so I tried to set up a preorder as I live far from this shop. I set up the preorder for Pokémon over the phone. Called back about stock for other sets and they were out which is fine I know Pokémon is hard to find nowadays. The employee had said something that made me ask the status of my preorder which there was now no record of for some reason. Said I was the first one the list and everything which is nice but made me nervous since my info was just gone and little time from the release. Called back the week of release and my order was still good. Called back asking if it was ready for pick up as I was told they could hold it and the employee said they were all sold out and that I should have paid in advance. Had an attitude with me as well. I was NEVER told to pre pay in the several times I called in the last two months. Not every store does prepayments and I wasn’t informed to do so as a new customer. We have been in here multiple times, and everytime we go in, it gets harder to maneuver around the place. It's the only local place we can get Dungeons & Dragons items, and their selection is LIMITED. It's almost to the point where it isn't worth going in anymore.
