I cannot recommend Whitewater Diamonds enough! From the moment we first walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. My fiancé and I were looking for the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands, and had planned to have Jason, the owner, create something custom using inspiration and ideas we'd found online. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted. They weren’t pushy at all — just incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

The selection was stunning and his ability to make custom jewelry is awe inspiring. Every piece felt thoughtfully crafted and unique, and we found exactly what we were looking for — a timeless, elegant engagement ring and matching wedding bands that felt personal and special.

I returned several weeks later in to show him our ideas and get some rough estimates when I spotted a gorgeous set in the display case in front of me. The engagement ring and corresponding band were perfect and matched my style exactly - simple and understated but with elegant details that set it apart. I loved the braided band and setting as it has a classic feel but is a bit different than average without being trendy.

To my surprise, I was even able to upgrade some options like the metal and stone while still staying within our $3500 budget. The prices at Whitewater Diamonds are extremely reasonable for the superb quality and significantly less than big box jewelry stores without their high markups.

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the level of care he put into the whole process. He made sure everything fit perfectly and was more than happy to accommodate our timeline even from afar. I moved during this process to be with my fiancé who is stationed in GA. Jason was super helpful making my dream rings happen and remain a surprise. Even when I needed the sizes adjusted while briefly visiting Charlotte, he went above and beyond to help me and I was able to get my rings back same day which meant so much.

I have been coming here for about 5 1/2 years. He has been opened for 6. The owners name is Jason. He is a master craftsman in my opinion. He can fix anything. He actually has a piece of mine right now. It is very fragile and came from another country. My mother in law gave it to me over 20 years ago and I wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. Old jewelry new jewelry Jason can fix it. He has terrific ideas and taste if you want to design something special. He also appraises jewelry for a great price. You pay a certain price for the first piece and all pieces after that are about 75% lower. I’m not listing prices because I haven’t had any done for awhile and they may have changed. But I have had numerous pieces done there and have been very satisfied over the years. He can’t get rid of me! I have been happy with the service, the appraisals price listed, cost to me, and turn around time. So in my opinion go see Jason for all your jewelry needs. Buy something for your special person. Jason and his wife went hunting for a Montana Sapphire at a gem show for me! And boy oh boy did they find a gorgeous stone!! Over the next couple of months, he worked patiently with me and helped me design a custom ring setting for my sapphire. No rushing, no pressure—just expert guidance. Finally I fell in love with a setting I found online, I sent him a photo of a setting, and he brought it to life perfectly. With CAD, molding, setting everything with precision, and even updating me along the way!
