Bojangles — Restaurant in Charlotte

I don't ever go to any bojangles anymore because of how awful this location is. Already bojangles over the years became very mediocre to me in turns of taste. But this one especially, you can bet your food would never taste right. Everything is burnt, even if it wasn't suppose to be a crunchy food it is after they cook it. But the service is the worse. Whoever hires the workers should really be fired because for years the workers have been rude and just so nasty acting. The last straw was a time when my mother and I went through the drive through. The cant even call her a women because she sure didn't act like one interpreted my mother every sentence and was too stupid to understand the most basic requests, sure as can we get two medium lemonades I don't even remember if they have lemonades it's just an example. The drive through worker kept mumbling and I kept asking my mother what the person/thing/whatever was trying to say. After we moved up out of earshot, my mother told me that the drive through person kept talking to the other workers about how we were the reason she always have an attitude with the customers and saying stuff like "see this is what I am talking about" whenever my mother asked a simple normal question. If can we substitute the wedges for mash potatoes is too hard of a question for you answer, you should not be working there. I wanted to let her manager know about her service, but lo-and behold she was not clocked into the register so her name was not on the receipt. The next time, which is very unlikely, that I ever go there, I should not see her still there. And after reading the other reviews, I do want to mention, I honestly don't know when this one opens up in the mornings because there were times when I came to the drive through at 9-10 and they claim not to be open. If it had a place for zero star they would earn a negative if possible. I had stopped by this Bojangles Friday December 15th 2017 evening around 6:30pm. Order a 8-piece tail gate with mac n cheese and fries. All they had in chickens is breast/wings. So of course I didn't want to wait around so I took the breast/wings. Well there service is so SLOW and so UNORGANIZE that I was there waiting for almost 25-30 mins. Plus they didn't have any fries so I had to wait another few mins on that as well. Looks like the shift leader/supervisor was in the back breading the meats while all the employees are walking around like turtles and singing/rapping/talking like there is no customer waiting. If I was the supervisor there I would of sent everyone home for no sense of urgency and shut the place down for the night. Yes it was that bad. I go to Bojangles over KFC any days but I swear I will never step foot in this store ever again. This isn't the first time I've been to this store that the service is so slow. This is my 4th time and every-time its getting worst and this time is the end of it. also as slow as the service is they gave me dirty rice instead of mac n cheese. I came though the line tonight with about 40 min before closing and ordered a sausage egg and cheese meal and an extra sausage egg and cheese biscuit to take with me, I get all the way home and notice that I have two sausage egg and cheese biscuit’s that I can tell had been sitting for a while. For starters it’s not even warmed up, The sausage that’s on the bread is tough and dry because it’s been sitting for a while and I don’t even want to get started on the old egg and cheese that’s in-between the biscuit, you can tell these were pre made and have been sitting for a pretty good while… old cheese that you can tell was melted on the sausage hours ago and the egg…. Just ewwwwwwwww. If it’s late and that’s the meal of a customers choice and you are able to provide a fresh meal that people Pay there money to get, just say sorry at the moment we no longer have this item, don’t just willingly give out older food that’s been sitting for a while just to push a order out.
