I am writing this on behalf of the stupidest calling procedure ever! I want to speak to my post offiçe in my town. Not some generic all in one. I cannot even call them directly and I have a 38 to 60 minute wait. I am at work and cannot take calls. This is ridiculous and very non customer oriented. Now I know why people just use...
