Love the products in the store but had issues with customer service. There was a sign showing an item on sale with several different sizes to choose from for this sales item. The sign was directly behind the items and the description on the sale matched that item. I go to the register and it rings up full price.... I explained the sign showing it was on sale. The associate agreed and called a manager over. The manager came over and said āyeah it says that but itās this type thatās on sale, not this oneā. They were all on the same rack and thatās what the items were! I explained to her that the sign was misleading and she may want to change that. She disagreed and said it wasnāt misleading in her opinion. May want to look over your items before purchasing because if it rings up wrong, itās your fault not...

Two employees last night one blonde ( super nice ) and the other one that rang us out ( receipt says Tisha - girl with nose ring - provided for description ) was absolutely horrible. Her personality was less than anyone should experience. I would guess that this is not her first day of being miserable to customerā¦..and I often wonder why people want to press upon others this type of behavior.
