DONT STAY HERE. UNCLEAN ROOMS. STAY AWAY If I could give 0 stars, I would. I booked this hotel through Expedia to attend a mandatory nursing school program and arrived with my spouse and child. The room we were given was dirty and unsafe. The bed had black debris and stains, and the floor had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk during normal hours, but there was a “Back in a moment” sign. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby before going back to collect our things. When we returned, the staff member came out of the wooded area behind the parking lot. I showed her photos of the room, but she ignored the cleanliness issue and spent several minutes insisting we were in the “right” room type. She was rude, dismissive, and offered no solution. We decided not to stay. Later, the hotel called to say we could switch rooms but still would not receive a refund. Given the condition of the room and the lack of professionalism, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here. Expedia attempted to contact the hotel to resolve the issue, but the property refused to acknowledge the problem or provide any compensation. This hotel does not prioritize cleanliness, guest safety, or customer service. STAY AWAY.

This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. When we checked in on Thursday, June 13, 2024, Bryan at the front desk was pleasant, funny, and helpful. He deserves 5 stars! He saw that I was a new member to choice and welcome us. He explained about the points that would be added and assured me that he did the appropriate things to ensure they were added. This week I noticed that I did not receive the points, and called to inquire. I was told by the phone rep that due to making the reservations with booking.com, I was not eligible for the reward points. There was one curtesy that could be granted because of the misinformation, but only if approved by the property. He put me on hold to check into the curtesy points but were declined by the property. For this reason I will never stay at this property and will not recommend. This was a small honorary thing to do to show that they value their customers, however it was unimportant the property/owner. 👎🏼 As I have read other reviews on the site, and see that management had enough decency to respond to other reviews but not this one. This further solidifies my decision to never stay and discourage everyone I know not to bother staying here.

The person at the desk who received us when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the extra space having the couches. Water pressure in the shower was pretty low, which made showers difficult, yet not impossible. However, the warm shower was still a bit cold due to lack of streaming pressure. We had some friends over and ate in the lobby later in the evening. We did our best to clean up after ourselves, but still appreciated being able to use the room after hours. The only true con is that the pool area does not have its own bathroom. Even with the attempt to dry off, water is still tracked throughout the hotel on journeys to and from the restroom, which could be a slip hazard. The pool really needs its own bathroom. Also, a hot tub is advertised, but there is not one. That was disappointing. We would stay here again. What really helped was the friendliness of and accommodation by staff when needed. Keep that up!

Room is very comfortable and clean. Bathroom door dragged on the floor and squeaked whenever opened and closed. Tub fixtures (handle, faucet) not secured to wall or caulked so they pulled away when used. Checkin was difficult. At first, I was completely ignored while she counted her money drawer for a minute or two before even acknowledging me. When she did, she initally couldn't find the reservation and asked for my confirmation number. After a minute or two of me fumbling to find it, she magically found my reservation and then didn't want to hear from me from that point forward. They would not take my ID and insisted I had to show a US ID... I gave them my passport but I guess actual national identification doesn't count as a US ID any more. Even though my rewards information was in there they insisted I give my address which I don't like to do. I gave it anyway, out loud, in front of other guests, against my will and she still typed it in wrong. The clerk asked me to sign the electronic register and I told her there was nothing on the screen to sign. She then accused me of getting worked up and upset and I reiterated that I wasn't, I just couldn't do what she asked because it hadn't shown up on the screen and tried to turn it to show her. The platform didn't turn so she had to stretch across the desk to try and see instead of listening to me. She finally conceded it wasn't working and asked her neighbor to do the registry card for me and then it finally did come up on her terminal. No apology for accusing me of getting upset or belittling me in front of other guests. When I told her the address was wrong, she ignored me and so I will need to update on my rewards profile since she would not correct. She also said I won't get rewards points, even though I paid a rate that specifically will give me rewards points, have verification from Choice Rewards, and my rewards number was attached. She did not care to review the reservation with me at all for issues and kept ignoring everything I was trying to go over with her. Purely because of her terrible attitude and poor customer experience, I will book elsewhere the next time I visit this area, which is where I graduated high school. Hotel was pretty good otherwise but service is the most important aspect of the hospitality industry.

Followup, had a wonderful phone discussion with a manager after posting this review. I have adjust my rating based on that conversation and do believe I had a one...

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Nashville and had initially booked at another hotel for Friday 9/20-Sunday 9/22 and had an awful experience and couldn’t even get past checking in. We had driven over 5 hours and arrived at that hotel around 1am. After that experience, we were left at 1am to search for another hotel within that area. We tried to book another room online for Friday but because it was after midnight, it wouldn’t allow us to book. We called this Comfort Suites and I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone and we chose to go there and stay there. She checked us in and we booked the 2nd night through the website. She was able to coordinate us being able to stay in the same room both nights. The first night somehow was booked in my name and the second was my husbands name. We were assured everything was good to go. The issue comes in, Saturday morning. Simultaneously, our room phone rings and someone started knocking on the door. I picked up the phone and the front desk girl asked if we’re checking out soon? I said no, we are here for tonight as well and explained to her the situation and she was like oh, I see I’m sorry! She said you’re good and we were good to go. Around 9pm Saturday night, we were at dinner and my cell phone rings.. it was the hotel again, another girl calls and says that they went into our room to clean and we had left stuff in the room and asked if we wanted to have it sent to us. I said no, we haven’t checked out… we are staying tonight too and she said we would need to pay for the 2nd night. We had already paid for both nights. I then explained the situation again and she assured me we were okay and good to go that no one had made a note in the system. We get back to the hotel after dinner and went to our room to make sure all of our things were still in the room. We got to our room and our keys didn’t work. We went back downstairs to the front desk and explained our keys weren’t working and who we were and she told us they had deactivated our keys. We had to check in AGAIN and get new keys. Sunday morning, we woke up to the fire alarm around 8:30. It stopped after a few minutes. We had no idea what was happening/if there was an actual fire. No explanation from staff. Over all it was an...

Let me start off by saying I’m a choice employee. And I used my discount for the first time a few months ago to visit family. It was a 9 hour drive from my home to this hotel. When we got there and walked in the lobby the first thing my partner said was, “it smells like poop in here” after figuring everything out about our reservation, because their was some confusion on my part, not only was the women working the desk, Pany, rude and overwhelmingly unwelcoming, when I apologized for the confusion she just nodded her head. (Let me say I wouldn’t on my worst of days treat a guest of any stature with such an attitude) when we got into the rooms, they seemed nice but after my toddler walk around for a few minutes we noticed her feet were black with the filth from the floors. So our first hour was unpacking and cleaning the floors, we even had to ask for a mop because it was so bad(we didn’t get one) The breakfast was the same every morning, while at my location we serve a much better selection of breakfast items even then it was barely average, wet eggs and dry bacon. Now for the part that upset me the most, on our checkout day, we requested a late check out because our toddler caught Covid while on the trip and none of us got sleep the night before. So 30 minutes before our checkout time I start hauling down everything we brought with us for a stay upwards of a week, I hauled 3 loads out to my car on little sleep, clearly making an effort to check out, with a sick screaming toddler we were trying to calm down and get ready for the long trip home, the MINUTE it was checkout time, we got a call from the Indian women working AM front desk, telling us we needed to leave, with a screaming child in the background i told her that we were working on it, over the next 15 minutes she called our room 4 different times to tell us to check out. On the fourth call, after 15 minutes, she told me that if we weren’t out in 5 minutes she would have to charge us extra. She was on her phone every time I walked past the front desk, so I guess she didn’t see me actively leaving, regardless this was unacceptable. She was just as bad if not worse than pany. Again I work for the same company, so I know this was all completely uncalled for,...
