We bought an expensive surround sound system a little while back from Best Buy and the Geek Squad. We added a new tv and contacted the Geek Squad to come out and connect everything. We had everything working except we were having to use 2 remotes. They sent out 2 guys and not only could they not do it, after they left our tv shut down.
