After speaking with the sales associate I indicated that product as used did not include the trial premium software that is included new. I would need to purchase the software from rapsoto for $99.00. He reduced the price for the product, and I purchased it as advertised on their web site for $399.00 the next day. I called the store to get shipping info. The person I spoke with indicated that she had cancelled my purchase, that I had cheated the store by requesting a a better price. Do not purchase anything from this store as they do not honor their quoted prices for on line purchases. They revised the price on their web site, some one had to approve the revised price and make the change on the web site. I went Thursday 9/26/24 for the first time visiting the store. I took a look around in the golf section. There is a ton of golf equipment to fit just about everyone’s needs unless you’re looking for custom clubs fitted specifically for you. I inquired about trading in my equipment I currently use and they asked I bring it in for estimates. I was surprised at how much they gave me on trade in value. I found a bag, irons, and a brand new Cleveland putter. I was happy with what I picked out and the gentleman and lady (I didn’t get their names) made it easy. Nothing but a great experience here!! We were in the market for a good, used fastpitch softball bat for cold weather since our daughter plays from February to November outdoors. Prices were fair. The owners were present and VERY knowledgeable. We especially loved that they have batting cages in the building. We were able to use the batting cages to try the used bats and see what worked best for our daughter. In all, we had a fantastic experience and will be shopping there more often!
