Dropped off the VCR/DVD player. Waited 2 weeks called the store for update and was told he had not looked at it yet. Was told he would look at it soon. Called a week later and told the problem he was not able to fix at that time. He had seen it in other machines. I said I would give him another week. I called the next week and still not fixed ir looked at. Stated I would pick up the following Saturday, an I did. When I picked up the unit the store and my VCR/DVD unit smelled like a skunk or Marijuana was in the store. Not going back. Looking for another experienced shop to 'fix'...

I recently took a 55 inch LG here that lost half of its picture. At first I was a little leary as a week or so went by, however, when John called he was professional and explained the delay in finding the correct LEDs to repair the TV. When it was time to pick up, John even took the time to explain how edge lit tvs, when lit from the bottom, could have small defects in lighting when replaced. I just got my TV back from him. John was great! He explained to me what the issue was, gave me an estimate after checking it out, and had fixed very quickly. I was so worried I would have to pay several hundred dollars to get a new TV (even used one in this model would have been at least a few hundred) but I was able to get it repaired for much less than that and it now works great.
