The employee misheard me saying I wanted 3 freezes so when I was handed 2 I asked if I could buy the 3rd since I was waiting 10 minutes for 4 soft tacos and 2 large nachos fries but they wanted to me go back around for a regular size freeze that was misheard by the employee and I guess myself when she read the order back but instead of the manager Stephanie allowing me to buy 1 more freeze she instead told her employees to make me go back around for 1 drink and was rude to me and when I asked for the DM's phone number and the manager Stephanie's name they wouldn't give it to me and she did not address me or speak to me at all only through her employees and they refused to give me her name but I heard them saying it when they called her to ask about me getting another freeze. This isn't the first time we have had bad service here it's every time we go there and they are always messing up our order or not giving us all of our food. We always try to go to the one in Beecher because they are far more better with service and always get the orders correct. I will be calling corporate because I have worked in fast food and customer service and this taco bell location definitely needs more training especially in customer service. We always round up to donate for training for taco bell employees and it's obviously not being used to do the training that needs to be done. Read moreUpdate: I've switched to ordering only NO Chipotle sauce and every single time, I get Chipotle sauce. I just got home with our most recent order and yet again, I can't eat my food. 4xs in a row now.
I try to call and the number says "I'm sorry, the person you are trying to reach can't come to the phone right now." and hangs up.
I'm over it. I've never had this many consistent issues with a single Taco Bell before. I shouldn't have to request that the kitchen pay attention to my order to have it made correctly.
Also, still can't seem to give me the nacho cheese sauce I paid extra for.

The food they make according to our order is great!
But about 75% of the time if I order something with no or light Chipotle sauce, it comes with regular (if not extra) sauce. I can't handle a lot of that sauce, so when it's not made the way I requested I can't eat that part of my meal.
Also, most of the time when I pay to add on nacho sauce to something, I don't get it.
