I use my iPhone heavily, so tend to lose battery life before my contract is up. This time, I decided to replace the battery instead of losing money and replacing the phone. It was a huge mistake. The minor annoyance was that I made an appointment, but the store was understaffed, so I had to leave the phone behind and come back later in the day. What is the point of making an appointment? The major annoyance is that the new battery does not stay charged any longer than the previous one. But the biggest problem by far is that my āhomeā button was broken in the process of replacing the battery. Since someone at the District level told the store employee that replacing a battery and breaking a āhomeā button are unrelated (not true), I am stuck with the problem. If I made a fuss, I may persuade the company to absorb the cost, but fixing the problem requires sending the phone out. Since I run much of my business from my phone and do not have a land line, this is impossible. I have a home button icon that was added to my touch screen, but it is always in the way when I use my phone. It also adds one step when opening my phone or accessing apps. I am stuck with a problem until I can afford to replace this phone. I will absolutely never use this...

Could have taken to Apple store but with the $10 off coupon promotion the price was the same and I didn't have to drive 1 hour each way. When arrived at store I showed the coupon to the technician and he said it would apply when I paid after the repair was complete. It was not completed in the quoted timeframe so we waited. When complete he quoted me the price without the coupon. I asked him about the coupon and he said it didn't apply to battery replacement--only "repair". When I booked this online, I booked it for a phone battery replacement. The promised coupon was included in the email, indicating it would be used at the time of repair. To not apply the coupon is wrong--bait and switch! Shame on you! Will tell EVERYONE about your horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEverything went well. Had my screen replaced on my Galaxy S9+ replaced. The guys were very nice and courteous, and explained what they did to repair my phone. The manager even installed a glass screen protector for me at no charge. Only downside is having to wait a week for my specific part to come in, and the screen protector is ever so slightly too low on the screen, minor things that can be forgotten. The price is decent, considering the price of a whole new phone. Definitely would come back if I ever need...
