12 days, still no part for my phone. Got jerked around constantly. 1st, my name was written on a sticky note and it was ordered It was "ordered" and will be there in two days. The truck was late and I had to wait until Monday. No one called me, I called again to follow up and I guess it was never ordered and was never on the truck. They took my info a 2nd time on a sticky note and said "It will be expedited." Nope, try again. Again, I never got a call for any follow up, status up or anything. So I called a 3rd time for them to put me on hold so they could see what is going on. Didn't have me in the system but said that they company they order from sent the wrong part. Strike 3 peeps. Seem like nice people if you can get them off of playing games and watching movies on their own phones. Not a good business model, really bad at follow up. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 2 weeks, I told them that I will pay the extra 10 bucks through the U Break I Fix People. Don't waste your time here unless they have the part right there. However, if this is how they operate, makes me wonder how good are they at fixing. Ill update later if U Break I Fix sucks but I had used UBIF in the past when I had the phone insurance and never had an issue. - I am now off my soap box. Read moreI did not like the service, I've had an iPhone for 10 years and have broken some here and there and never heard of the touch button not working after screen replacements. The screen on my phone was replaced however, I was back within 24 hrs after it was replaced. My phone stopped working and when I took it back and told the gentleman working he looked at me like I was crazy the contrast on my phone was off and it was fine before I took it to get fixed. My phone was compared to an employees IPhone as well and no one saw the difference. I completely understand stuff happens screens could be at default, I get it but I still walked out very unhappy with this service they didn't even offer to try a different screen, VERY disappointed I will not return to get any services done I just want my current IPhone to...
Read moreI walked into the store with an older sign, looking for a florescent bulb. I asked a heavier set salesman if he could help me look for a bulb for my sign. He asked me if I knew exactly what bulb I needed and I responded 'I'm not sure, can you help me?" He said I'm not sure what you want me to do if you don't know what bulb it is. I then asked if he would help me look at some bulbs to find a match to which he responded "I guess". When we got to the bulbs, he stood there for a half a minute then said "See, we don't have any" then wend back to his computer.
I went back to him and asked him if he could search stores for a 16" florescent bulb. He responded "Nope".
At that point, I left, went to my car and purchased the bulb on Amazon.
