Updated Review - 11/22/23: My wife and I went to Menards to pick up a few things…. both inside the store and out in the lumberyard. Everyone was super helpful. They had everything we needed…. and more. 😂 —————————————————————————- Updated Review - 11/19/23: I have missed reviewing Menards the past few times I have been there. I always forget to take a pic… but this time I remembered. I needed a bunch of lumber to make handrails for the outside stairs at the house my wife and I are flipping. Of course, they had everything I needed. I love the HUGE lumberyard out back. People working there are always friendly and helpful if you can’t find something. I love Menards! ———————————————————————— Updated Review - 9/1/22: My absolute favorite part of Menards is the lumberyard behind the store. They have everything you could possibly need. If you can't find it... then it probably isn't made. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. There is no reason to buy your lumber anywhere else! Go to Menards! Updated Review - 7/30/22: We had all our fence panels and posts delivered today. The driver was polite and friendly. He placed the fence panels in the driveway exactly where I wanted them…. and the posts on the sidewalk where I asked. It was amazing to see him maneuver the forklift on the backend of his truck. If you need fencing…. I would highly recommend Menards! —————————————————— Original Review: Three simple words…. I LOVE MENARDS! They always have what I need. Lumber, plants, mulch, paint, and the list goes on and on. I especially like what they did with the check-in and check-out going back to the lumber yard for pickups. It is all digital. You drive up and self-scan your receipt in from your phone…. and the gate goes up. When you leave a friendly person check out what you have and away you go…. Fast and easy! I just hate your store! Few reasons ..registers bad set up. Also being trapped in the store due to register set up. I see what u are trying to do. You can't get out of the store unless you go around all the product and walk through the registers. The way employee rings up your things and customer bags it. Meanwhile if you have 6 bags worth of merchandise and larger items to put on cart all the customers behind have to wait for you to bag your stuff. Shopping there intensifies my anxiety. Most reps not all reps. know what they are doing if you need help but then u have reps in departments that work that dept all the time and they dont know the products as to if you carry it or where it would be . Most reps. are knowledgeable. The register set up..bagging your own things ,getting out of store by going around everything just an inconvenience. Also customer service counter of employees tend to be very short & conesending. It ultimately comes down to management. If they dont pay attention to the short comings of the overall service and set up of the store . You need to make changes. Your store is not the only one. it's bad everywhere. Lost Order

I wanted to update my kitchen so I painted the cabinets and ordered new laminate countertops. I ordered everything during the July 4th sale.

July 18th — order marked as arrived, went to store, it has not arrived. Because I arrived the order was marked as picked up.

3 more trips, no order. Called the warehouse that does the countertops as they tell you to do on the order form...and was told the order had been delivered to Menards. Great. Go to Menards a 4th time. No order, they want to check the warehouse for me which has already been done. It’s now August and I still can’t sell the house because I’m still waiting on this order to finish the kitchen.

Order reordered, they said, in full.

It is August 15th and I did receive PART of my order. Whoever reordered forgot the left side end cap for the other, already installed in my house, counter. So even if I do this tonight (not happening) the kitchen still won’t be finished. I just want to sell my house.

So. How long now to get the damn end cap? Will the laminate end cap actually be reordered? I have my doubts. I’m probably already marked down, again, as having picked everything up since I put in an appearance at the...
