Where to even start... from start to finish Brandon and this team know what they are doing. Brandon was so kind and patient. We had 20+ questions before we even signed out contract and then after doing so we had another 50 and once we were just a few weeks out from our wedding we had dozens more. Every time Brandon would respond that day or the next. I am sure he was tired of us but we would never know because of the amazing communication and quick polite responses. We would highly recommend Central Michigan Catering to anyone looking to cater food at their next event. The food was hot, we had tons of options, and the team was so willing to add the rented utensils into the napkins we provided, or even at the beginning of the night filling up all of our guests' water cups, and more and more. We chose the buffet option and never thought we would have gotten as much help as we did from this catering team. They were cleaning tables, keeping the buffet lines organized, and even helped provide food options so our friends and family that had allergies could have a full meal as well. Central Michigan Catering is phenomenal! I highly recommend them to anyone in Michigan looking for a caterer. They catered our wedding and did a fantastic job. Brandon and his wife Sarah were incredible to work with. Their response time on emails/texts/questions was always very fast. They were both professional, clear, and personable. They answered all of our questions very patiently.

The service on the day of the wedding was spectacular. They had everything set up and did an excellent job serving our guests. They even had gluten/dairy free options as well as vegetarian options as well. Our guests were so pleased with their presence on our wedding day and with the food! We got several compliments on the service and the quality/taste of the food.

I personally just wanted to thank CMC for their help to make our big day go smoothly. They have linens available for rent and make the pickup/drop off process so smooth and easy. Central Michigan Catering recently catered our wedding of 130 guests and it was phenomenal! Throughout the entire process, the owner Brandon was extremely responsive, accomodating, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They even let us borrow a cake cutting knife we could use for our photos, while Brandon offered to also go through his storage to possibly find a fancier one, which was super kind; there are not many companies that are willing to go so well above for their clients. Brandon and his team were so great to work with, everything from the extensive food options (everything was delicious) and the service of his staff exceeded our expectations, he treated everything as if it was his own event.
