Costco Wholesale — Local services in Mount Pleasant

I wanted to pass on my positive experience that I incurred at your auto center Sunday May 2, 2021. I went in shortly before closing to pick up food for dinner and I have been meaning to get a slow tire leak repaired. As I walked in, I figured that I would simply ask at the tire center how busy they were and If they would have time to fix the tire. I could tell that the whole store was closing and that the shop was closing soon. As I was speaking, to the employee at the counter, I could see that they were hustling to get some cars out and clean up for the day. I want to reiterate, that I told them I was glad to come another day if it was a problem. Before I finished my request, a tech at the counter said “sure we can fit you in”. I don’t know exactly how long it takes to fix a leak but I certainly would not have wanted anyone to stay longer.

Both the counter manager and tech were amazingly accommodating with a strong positive attitude and as I rolled out of the store with my 300 dollar cart of goods my phone rings and the tire is fixed.

Today is my mother's birthday so we decided to come to Costco to get some snow crabs and a few other things BTW this is our first time here as we approached the self check out. That's when our all our troubles begun. As we checking out we needed assistance the light was blinking instead of the lady name RENEE helping us another lady came from a far to help get everything moving. Once we was finishing up the light started blinking again. This time the lady name RENEE came to assistant us. One she had an attitude two started throwing things in our cart around and three kept pushing the cart onto my mother the level of disrespect she has given us was uncalled for. Once we asked for her manager RENEE decided to give us the proper customer service. the supervisor BRITTANY said she will talk to her. She seemed to not care at all just wanted us to get out of her face asap. As we end up leaving the guy that was standing at the door NAMED MARK gave us some joy back by making our day as we was having THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE. I strongly believe MARK needs to be inside he has an awesome smile and excellent customer service his energy was beyond and over. You need more of him on your team. After 2 years:

Still (Always) great buys and awesome variety of merchandise. This newly opened Costco has a variety of new goods and services as well as a wide variety of typical products that you expect from "the hundred dollar store". Truly great selection of food items in addition to the usual items, all in bulk for great prices. Quality merchandise is always available, and you can find new things here every time. Great prices on electronics especially 4K TV sets - LG, Sony, Samsung, TCL, etc

Updates: cheeses here are all both outstanding and great values, can't beat the price for almost anything that they stock, love the meats and soups and they have Grillo (always cold) pickles! If they have not tried them yet, you have missed the first boat: don't miss the next flight.

One thing: I understand the near hysteria over Covid, but if you are fully vaccinated, stop and buy a soda ("with free refill"), don't even think about taking a sip! I also understand that it is simpler to make a uniform policy for everyone, but this is absurd. I am 67, retired and disabled, and it is 80-something in the parking lot already. Fully immunized more than 6 weeks ago. WTH?
