We love Rooted for a variety of reasons. First, it's a wine bar, duh. But seriously, not only is it a wine bar, but it's a very friendly, fun, and interesting wine bar with a lot of wines we have never even heard of. If you are adventurous when it comes to trying new wines (and new beers too), then this is the place for you. The owners are exceedingly kind and very knowledgeable about what they carry. They switch it out often as they find more interesting wines and beers. There is an outdoor and indoor seating area. They serve a small selection of appetizers ( all very good - especially the charcuterie board, the olives, and the flatbread). We had a voucher for the whipped ricotta through LoLo (which pays the business full price for vouchers used) from the small bites menu and were excited to try a new place! Our server basically dropped our dish on the table, told us where to get room temperature water from the corner and didn’t come back. We waved her down to inquire about a nonalcoholic beverage for myself since I’m not drinking and she mumbled an answer as she walked away. Not allowing me to order or ask further questions. I can not say enough about this place! The staff is great and helpful. The atmosphere is very laid back. There is a lot of outdoor seating. The wine selection is truly one of a kind. The wine you can buy here is not sold in your normal store. Great place to come in to buy a bottle or a great place to come in and grab a couple of glasses and a charcuterie board...
