Highly recommend! A big ol shout-out to Johnnilee, Logan, and Rush--they went above and beyond to earn a lifelong customer. I arrived late on a Thursday afternoon. I had been involved in an accident early February and my truck was determined to be a total loss (this is a detail that involves my rental). Logan is an impressive professional and honestly I felt like a person and not a number. Logan took the time to understand my concerns and needs. Always he remained calm, cool, and collect :-)
I needed to go home to "think about it" and both Rush and Logan understood. They remained empathetic and understand--more concerned about earning my trust than making another sale.

Read moreI do not recommend this dealership. I purchased a vehicle at the end of April. The a/c went out 2 weeks ago when we were under a heat advisory. We called the dealership and couldn't reach a live person so left 2 messages in 4 days and got no call back. After leaving a google review about our experience Paula reached out and said they wanted to make things right. We brought the car to them on Friday. When we picked it up that evening Trent said it was fixed at no charge and asked me to remove my google review(which I did) and to call him if we had any additional issues. The a/c was blowing hot air again within hours. We called Trent and after 24 hours of no response we texted Trent. No response again. Unprofessional is an understatement. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never encountered this level of poor customer service. Go anywhere but here for your next vehicle purchase.
