Our speed queen broke 3 months ago, we tried fixing it ourselves but couldnāt. So we called millers and they said they do repairs as long as we bought it there. Ok cool. Except itās been 3 months and I havenāt heard anything from them. I called about a month ago and they told me they were backed up. Which is totally fine but there was no sort of update. And still hasnāt been one since I last called. Super frustrating. So what good is a washing machine if you canāt get it fixed?? š®āšØ
Wow! That was the quickest appliance shopping trip ever! Needed a new washing machine and it only took 25 mins to hear about them, pick one, pay and load it! That has to be a new record! Very pleased! They were super great...
