My first time coming into Urb in Mt.Pleasant, I had the pleasure of meeting the Budtender- Devin A. Not only was his energy so bright and kind..he also went out of his was to read me all cartridges and spend that extra time. I’m 50/50 on how I feel about forgetting to review for so long, because part of me is regretful for waiting.. while the other is pleased knowing I can be 100% Confident in this review, because on every occasion, that I’ve happened to go to urb, every Budtender I’ve dealt with, not just Devin A. Has gone out of their way to make sure I left with a smile. On the last occasion, There was a problem with their system, And instead of dealing with it later and giving me the price that was showing up, when it was busy asf, they took the time to check the deals and the system, Letting them figure out what the problem was, I left with a smile, yet again knowing I definitely needed to write this.. that was...

I can't say enough about this place! And they price match or BEAT prices of any store in Mount Pleasant? Why do I ever need to go anywhere else? And, being a disabled person, they have the cutest little elevator in there and the sweetest little girl lifted me up on it my bartender was absolutely amazing! And I don't remember the last time I was walked to the door by my bartender! Seriously BEST deals ever but for me, it's all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and these kids NAILED IT!!! It's easy to see that they actually love what they do and they love who they do it for and they genuinely care about their guests! To someone with disabilities, that means EVERYTHING!
