Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I am very disappointed with the store at this location. They are never open on time. The days they are open they rarely have hot food/items. I asked for a time frame on the hot items ,the young lady at window told me that I needed to be understanding of what she is going through. Also told. Me there would not be hot items.This was my experience last time they were open o time. Today they were not open at 6:15. There were not even any employees at the location for opening. This is my experience every week. I visit this location 6 days a week. Out of the 6 days I am only able to get my full order twice a week,if im luckey.I have been dealing with this issue since July. Please can something be done to help this location function like a Tim Hortons? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Ordered 10 birthday cake Timbits. Got home and my daughter opens the box and finds 10 random, different Timbits. I have to drive 10 miles back to town to exchange for the correct order. Whoever was working this morning between 11.00 and 11.30am this morning, May 5th, 2023, needs to be fired. Clearly incompetent. Applies to the rude cashier on duty at the window. No attempt at an apology, dust defensive and rude. Clearly not suited to a position in customer service. While I’m on here I also want to echo the critical comments posted by several other reviewers. This franchise is seriously mismanaged. Frequently just offer what they feel Ike offering, not what is advertised on the menu. Case in point, today there were no hot breakfast options. Never have any donuts ready in the morning, can only gets drinks. Why is that? Husband bought me a coffee after he asked why they don't have any sandwiches with 4 people working there. It took forever to get the coffee and they were laughing when they handed it to him. Got home I took a drink and it was horrible taste, burning sensation in my throat. We believe they put something in it! When I opened the lid, it had curdled the cream! I couldn't get the chemical tast out of my mouth. We went back and called the police. The officer even said HE doesn't come here, it's that bad, and to go to McDonald's. He also said to go get a toxicology from the hospital. Do not go to this Tim Hortons.
