Culver’s — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

Parking is tight, if you have a trailer of any sort park in the Meijer lot and walk, better yet, avoid this place. Drive thru isn't any better, we have a F350 crew 8ft bed, I managed to avoid a curb job but it was close. We were there at 1pm on a Wednesday, and it was busy. We paid, and they gave us our drinks and said to pull to the side. Before I could tell them the drinks were not right they closed the window. Managed to get that fixed by knocking on the window. It took 10 minutes before a car at the beginning of the line got their order and we could move away from the window. It was another 19 minutes before we got our food. They forgot the scoop of the day we ordered and the honey mustard for the chicken strips. Waited another 5 minutes for that to come out. Food was lukewarm and just OK, fries seemed undercooked but it could be becausethey were not hot. We usually stop at the Clare Culver's but decided to try this one. So yummy but always busy but that's expected when it's good! I decided to try the chicken sandwich with bacon 🥓 yummy but there was hardly any bacon just a small piece that was really crunchy. Also, please focus on making sure dinning room tables are wiped off. I dined inside today and had a hard time finding a table without salt all over it. Everyone coming in after me was walking around trying to find clean tables as well. One customer asked if someone to clean a table for them & they said yes but after waiting a while he went to get a cloth himself and clean it. That employee never did come and clean any tables the entire 2 hours I was there. It is nice that they provide a bucket of water with a cloth in it by drink station. I don't know if it there for customers to use but it was needed and us customers were using it anyways. great food and ect but please clean...

Food was good. Clean parking lot. The person taking our order, polite, Read back order the way we placed it. Went through the drive thru. Wait time was about 15 minutes, they were busy. I had no problem with that. Had to send them back in for a drink they forgot. After getting back on the highway to continue our trip home. My teens were passing out the food, and we were still missing things. Everything was on the receipt. We paid for it all. Not everything was in the bag. We were not about to turn around to go back. So I gave up my order so my kids could all eat. I never mind paying for good products or even waiting a little extra time when places are busy.
