Jars , U lost a good customer. I said I wouldn't do this but it's the only way to get a manager. I just called the store and asked for a manager, was told she would see if one was available then I was hung up on. So I'm going to come pick up my final order. I order EVERY Friday and then some. I was a fantastic customer. I worked customer service, . bartender / server for 20 years. This is unacceptable. My delivery was scheduled from 5-7 pm like every Friday. But the first of the month I make a huge order & stock up for the month on my supplies. This wasn't even a big order. I had a Lil party planned and we were waiting so I called the store at 630 pm and I was told my delivery would be here by 7 pm. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from a not so friendly girl telling me my order wasn't coming !! I had to wait until tomorrow!! If she had told me that at 630 whe I called I would have went and got the order myself!! Instead we had to go to the dispensary in Harrison that we don't like to go to but we were in a bind. A party and no supplies !! Not Cool. I've been having alot of issues lately with my orders. I had to come to the store 3 Saturdays in a row last month because of mistakes. The managers are usually great, the budtenders and delivery drivers are my people!! I'm so upset!! This is my favorite store in the world!! I've sent 2 Emails. No reply. Nobody has called me back. So we are heading to the store to pick up our final order and I guess we are going to go check out a couple other places I was told has great deals too. I'm very very sad 😔. I will miss Clayton & Brandon. The cute girls that work the front desk & there's a couple awesome budtenders I'm gonna miss too. Bottom line, when I called at 630 pm last night I should have been told my delivery wasn't coming. I would have driven right there!! And nobody returns messages or phone calls. Sad day in my world. I would also appreciate something being done about my points. I understand the system is broken but it's been down a month probably. Well we went our order. It was a shit show. I don't think they even gave me the 10$off for not showing up. I was told I had alot of points then I didn't so we will spend our afternoon finding a new store. I wasn't even giving an apology. I've been to the store, called customer service, first I receive the wrong flower , I dealt with that, they said they were out of what I ordered but nobody called to tell me that. Then I opened my wax and it's moldy. I've never seen this before in my life !! It can make a person very sick 🤮!! They act like it's no big deal,tell me it's the ink...idk...looks like mold and im not risking it. Would you ? Probably not!! Every experience gets worse. Yesterday I was on the phone for hours . I received 10$ and replace the moldy wax. That's not good for me. I worked customer service my entire life. You are supposed to take care of...

Whether walking in with bands or a budget, every bud tender is knowledgeable about the different strains and can help guide the consumer to find exactly what they are looking for whether it’s Flower, vapes, edibles or tinctures. Knowledgeable Bud Tenders make for a wonderful experience for those who know exactly what they want and for those that are “new” to the experience. With that being said I would like to thank Lizzie B for ALWAYS making our experience a pleasurable one. She Always has a smile on her face and has an uplifting attitude which really makes our day. Lizzie helps us find the best quality/quantity ratio we look for and beyond that adds the humanity and personality which brings it all together for the best experience EVERY time. I felt the need to single Lizzie out because Jars has a gem….one last thing. I used to come to jars with my mom and a long story short this year she passed away from cancer. I thought it would be hard going back after that but then I remembered why we went. She al says had good things to say about everyone. When I went back for the first time after her passing it was hard. That was another time jars bud tenders went above and beyond. Taelyn (I probz spelled dat wrong) was working that day and took his time with me and even went to the back and threw in a couple trays,grinder and lanyard they had got for free from a vendor. He didn’t have to do that but he did his best to show support after suffering the greatest loss I can experience and it’s people like Him and Lizzie who will always have me coming back....
Read moreMusic is too loud. When you walk in Santa clause or methuselah are dressed up in security uniforms behind the desk to keep everybody in line. I don’t know why, but this always rubs me wrong. The security guards are checking you out and it feels intimidating and uncomfortable. They are the only dispensary out of 10 dispensaries in town that use security guards And I’m not sure how effective Methuselah And Santa Claus are going to Be if there’s a problem. Plus, what’s with the elderly security guards with chips on their shoulders? It’s not really on brand with jars in my opinion.
On a positive note, a couple of their bud tenders there are five stars and I’ve been really happy with a lot of the product. The store is clean, And there are lots of interesting product choices to Check out. Prices are good. The rewards program is OK. What I like most is that if you purchase flower, then they actually weigh it out in front of you. This allows you to tell them exactly what you want. I like that
