Took 8 days to get two prescriptions filled.
Went in on a Wednesday to get two prescriptions transferred and filled while in the area for a couple weeks. It took the from Wednesday to the following Monday to get one of them filled. When I followed up with them on Saturday afternoon to see what was going on, they had no record of the second prescription. I stood and watched her write both of the prescriptions on the transfer form. Of course when I talked to them on Saturday, it was late and my home pharmacy was already closed so they had to wait to call and transfer it in Sunday. THEN, Sunday afternoon when they got it transferred, they called to tell me they didn’t have enough pills to fill the 90 day supply that my Dr had prescribed. So they gave me three pills and told me they would have the rest on Monday. Wednesday rolls around without any notice that they had received the pills. So I call, (oh, by the way, they never answer their phone - the only way you can talk to a real person is to spend several minutes dealing with their automated system. then finally leave a message and they will call you back) and discovered that the pills had come in that morning but they were being processed and wouldn’t be available till after 4. When I complained about the poor service, they made a bunch of excuses about being busy and having fill in hell over the weekend. This is without a doubt the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in a pharmacy. I would give them zero stars but that...

Asked them if they could call Walgreens and see if my dr had accidentally sent it over there. They wouldn’t. I had to call myself. Luckily for me Walgreens answers their phone unlike CVS. My dr had not sent it there. Called my Dr this morning said she faxed it over around 2 yesterday. Now I have called twice first time I was on hold for 30 mins, no one ever answered. And now I’m on hold for the second time. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because my insurance will only let me fill it at Walgreens 3x before making me get it at CVS. Absolutely ridiculous I feel sorry for the elderly people that call to try and get their prescriptions because half the time you go in there it’s empty but they can’t...
