I don't know how this Business has a 4.8 Star rating. They may be great at fixing a cell phone, but not at servicing their customers. I went in this morning and encountered 2 employees who could not have made it clearer that they had no interest in helping me at all, without actually telling me so. They both were rude, condescending and dismissive towards me and my laptop issues. They grudgingly answered some of my questions. It seemed to me as though I must have interrupted them from a busy day of doing nothing. (There were no customers in the shop or phone calls while I was there). They seemingly had decided that they could not and would not assist me before I even walked in the door. I was sent an email by them before I got there, but I did not receive it until I was at their office. So their attitude was poor to begin with. I made my living in sales, and later in sales management. I was extremely successful. It was the high-level of Customer Service I provided, and demanded my employees provide, which was the key to our extraordinary success. If these two guys worked for me, these two guys wouldn't be working for me anymore. ...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. I had them replace an iPhone 11 screen for me and the screen looked blue when it wasn’t on and just very poor quality. My phone kept telling me it wasn’t an authentic apple part and the first time I dropped my phone with a case on it the screen shatter so badly it cut my thumbs. I had to just get rid of the whole phone and get another because I refused to spend another almost $300 at CPR for them to slap a very cheaply made screen on my phone for a very high price. I spent less at Gadget guru and never got a message about an unauthentic part. And I know these screens don’t come straight from apple, but it’s very apparent they got very very very cheap screens and charging full price for them. I will absolutely never go here again. $300 down the drain that I will never get back and every time I called them about the issue they talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was...
Read moreIf i could give a less than 0 i would. Warranty.. "per their discretion" is what i was told. Had CPR fix a broken screen and within 24 hours had a crack in an internal LED. Sounded like the typical bad screen from factory or possible install issue no big deal but was told i probably pressed to hard and broke it and was ready to charge me fully to replace the screen they had done merely the day before. I then went to Kunce computers to have the screen replaced and without notifying them of what happened they explained to me there were loose screws behind the screen and that is what they believe caused the crack in the LCD screen. Not 1 loose screw not 2 but 6 loose screws. Issue of broken screen sound to me like an install issue or lack there of from CPR. CPR is prompt and open at good time but please go visit Kunce computers up the road! They will...
