You would think putting pizza in a box with seasoning on it (something they advertise) would be easy as saying it. They can’t even make a single order or what’s on the menu without messing it up. Called an order in and they said “it’ll be ready in five minutes” so I get there in 15, the order isn’t ready. Some no home training woman at the counter with blonde hair that clearly uses too much bottle tan handing out the orders, her hair color should’ve said enough about the interaction. Am told order is finally ready and she gives me wrong order. Drive all the way back and she continues to apologize Then makes remark after making me the RIGHT order “you can check it if you want” We wouldn’t have to come back and bother your staff with incorrect orders if the staff would learn efficiency and common sense. Maybe pay attention to the orders in front of them, I used to work fast food not that hard to look at a ticket and get the right order to customer. It’s as easy as wiping. Do not make the customer feel bad or like im inconveniencing you by coming back to get what I PAID FOR. The staff LOATHE their job so they make it everyone else’s issue. Have gone here multiple times and they mess it up every single time. They seem to forget at this little Caesar’s that you’re there to do your job which is serve the customers. It is our money after all going into your paycheck. Read moreWent bout a week ago for a pizza. Went to pay and when I scanned my card it canceled transaction every time. I do not know why as the lady said it's never happened before. Was told to call my bank and left disappointed. Thing is I know my card works and has money. On my way home got taco bell through the drive in now issue. Still disappointed I couldn't get my food though. Do not know who to blame here is. But I scanned 5 times and canceled each time and was Still able to get taco bell on the way home. Do with it...

It was cheesy and had plenty of topping, but I would trade that in for a more balanced pizza.
