Explained the situation at our business and asked for assistance on the phone. Needed accounting software on another computer (family death and it got behind). Once in our store I was told it couldn’t be done (I already explained what needed to be done previously so was confused why he showed up if they couldn’t do it). He piddled on my computer for over an hour then left not having done what he came to do. Surprised when I got a bill for $150 for NOTHING. Showing up isn’t cool if you can’t do what needs to be done. Will go here anytime over kuntz!...that was 4 years ago. I went there a couple of weeks ago to see what they would charge to fix my laptop. The man there looked at the outside of my laptop, I don't even think he opened it, and said it would not be cost efficient to repair my laptop. Have also used them for repairs on our personal laptops.
