I've been waiting for two hours on sushi. I understand it takes a while to make it, but ten tables have came in and left and we still haven't got our food. It also took almost half an hour to get one drink order. Take your business elsewhere because nothing is worth this wait.
Edit: I won't deny that we ordered a large amount of sushi, but we were not told that it would be "A very long time", we were just told by the waiter that it would be "a little bit". If we would have been told "a very long time" we would have changed our order. I have no idea whether or not you even have a drive thru, but the waiter disappeared twice for "a little bit" and the hostess had to refill our drinks. If this place has one waiter working both the drive thru window and all the tables, I really do feel sorry for him becsuse he's definitely not being paid enough to carry the restaurant for you. And yes, there were ten tables that came in and left, I had plenty of time to count them, and the guy who called in for his sushi still waited well over an hour for it, talking to us at the table while he waited. He told us he called in at 6:45, about the time most of our table arrived, and he didn't get his sushi until around 8:00. The last table that ordered sushi heard us complaining about our own wait time and asked if their sushi order could be cancelled. I have no doubt you would say that they were told it would be a "very long time" as well, but they were likely told the same thing as us. The two and a half hour wait and subpar service was bad enough, but the fact that you straight up lied in response to my review for sure means I will...
Read moreMy husband and I visited last weekend and we were really disappointed given the high star rating on Google. The food was weird. For instance, the dipping sauce for dumplings was not your typical soy-esque sauce but more like a cocktail sauce for shrimp - it did not compliment the dumplings. The odd, non-complimentary combinations and other details make me suspect there are lots of corners being cut in this restaurant though the fried rice was good. I ordered sushi and it was flavorless and improperly prepared- the strongest flavor was the nori and it was too chewy to enjoy even if there had been good flavor. I could not eat it. It came 15 minutes after my husband's dish. The restaurant ambiance does not even register a pulse- no music, only the sounds of the owners yelling back and forth to each other, the phone ringing, and kitchen noise. The restaurant was tidy but not clean. We were greeted by a child who took our drink order - he was too young for it to be cute (maybe 5 or 6 years old) and it was clearly because there was a lack of staff. I was hoping for a charming hole-in-the-wall but the entire experience was pretty disappointing and it was still $70 to leave hungry. I do not recommend...
Read moreWe are traveling, stopped to eat dinner, horrible experience Cashew chicken could not eat. Did not want to pay for. Horrible is an understatement . Also ordered moo goo gai pan pint, it came much less than a pint, very small and not good also could not eat. Do not order sushi, tuna rolls 1/3 is filled with tuna just on top. Flip your tuna roll over and you will see no tuna. It's like the size of a dime laid on top of rice .When we complained about it sushi guy said that is the way they make it because they charge less (which they don't because we eat sushi all over the USA ).Miso soup did not taste good. Ordered crab Ragoon very small little slivers of fried yuck.order of edamane all did not come before food. Ran out of tea, asked for refill took mugs away. I only left one star because I could not leave less. They offer Chinese, Japanese, Thai food, in other words trying to be a jack of all trades but A MASTER OF NONE ! !! Customers around us were equally not happy and complaining. HORRIBLE Experience Do Not Waste your time or Money. Worst food ever I hope the bite of food I had was really...
