We had a very large order that was nothing but a disaster. We had a very specific deliver by date and less than half the order was delivered two days late.
Of the stuff that was delivered most of it was wrong. We received items not ordered, sizes we didn't order and the designs on hats were not centered and the stictching was so bad you couldn't make out what the design was. Some shirts were stuck together by the screen printing. We also had printing peeling after one washing.
We told them to cancel the remaining order and refund the money of the items not yet made. She ignored our communications and proceeded to complete the rest of the order and tried to deliver it three weeks later. Roughly four weeks after it was actually needed.
Run from this place as fast as possible. They should be embarrassed at their poor quality and customer service. I wouldn't trust them to sew on a button.

I got ahold of the owner via phone about a month ago asking for a status report. She stated that she would contact the company and call me right back. I have not heard back from her yet.
