We had a very large order that was nothing but a disaster. We had a very specific deliver by date and less than half the order was delivered two days late.

Of the stuff that was delivered most of it was wrong. We received items not ordered, sizes we didn't order and the designs on hats were not centered and the stictching was so bad you couldn't make out what the design was. Some shirts were stuck together by the screen printing. We also had printing peeling after one washing.

We told them to cancel the remaining order and refund the money of the items not yet made. She ignored our communications and proceeded to complete the rest of the order and tried to deliver it three weeks later. Roughly four weeks after it was actually needed.

Run from this place as fast as possible. They should be embarrassed at their poor quality and customer service. I wouldn't trust them to sew on a button.

Stopped in during my lunch break on a Thursday looking for some Rock Ridge apparel ahead of the first High School football game of the year. I'm a bigger guy and stores don't always carry my sizes but Monsters Ink had sizes up to 5x and many different color and style options for tops. I picked out a hoodie and a T-shirt and then was able to pick the design and customization I wanted for. A wide variety of Rock Ridge designs. I was told they would have it done before close of business and not even 2 hours later I received a text letting me know my order was ready for pickup. I ordered a letterman jacket in November for my son. The money was taken immediately from my account. I still have not received the jacket. I got ahold of the owner via phone about a month ago asking for a status report. She stated that she would contact the company and call me right back. I have not heard back from her yet. I have been trying to call at least 5-10 times per week since and keep getting a busy signal. I also sent multiple messages on Facebook with no response. I’m posting this in hopes of getting a response back. Otherwise I will be forced to reach out to the Better Business Bureau. Or take...
