I usually get a little long winded when I find a place that will go above and beyond. And these days I personally feel that more youngsters than not. Are just at work for the paycheck 🙄 Which is obvious that we all have to work for some sort of paycheck 🤔 or compensation. I'm all for bartering. Well back to these 2 employees. For youngsters they are 1% of the youngsters these days. Yes they are 1%'s. Lol 😆 Sorry for those of you that may not understand. And maybe just a little sorry to the one's that do understand. 🤔🙄🙃 From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed and ask if you need any assistance. And not in an annoying pushy way. They will give you there honest opinion and knowledge of so many products. That whatever it is your shopping for. They will hook you up with your options. And there recommendations. Whether it's for the less expensive ones or the more spendy ones 🤔 And what the features are for all. OK it did get a little long winded. I enjoyed this place for the small period of time that they had friendly faces there that I knew. But honestly I will stick with the hip hop shop and smoke and vape store. Unfortunately girls don’t last in your store for more than 6 months and you fired one of my all time favorite workers Gracie for things that were completely untrue. Not only did you do that but you had people ready to be hired the next day and none were females. Every time I go in to that store when Gracie isn’t working your people are hardly helpful or friendly. More than half the time you don’t even get a hello. Just super disappointing that the only person that was super friendly and helpful will no longer be there. I enjoyed seeing her promote your store with new items that drew you in. I travel for work and in each state I have to find a new shop that has what I'm looking for. This was the closest shop to my location and it was an hour and a half drive. The shop is clean, well organized and the staff was kind. Not over the top trying to make sales in your face, which I prefer. If you have questions, ask and they will help. They acknowledged me when I walked in and answered answered all the questions I had. When one did not have the answer, they grabbed someone who did. I had to stock up so I would not have to make the drive again and left with everything I need. Store policies are clearly posted and I'm sure if I was buying anything that needed one of those policies reiterated they would have. If I have to make the trip again, I'll come back...
