I have had multiple gyms in my past before but never have I had such a horrible experience here. The issue I had with this gym was how difficult it was to cancel a membership. I've been trying to cancel my membership back in May 2024 and I am now (hopefully) having my membership canceled. I've walked in on multiple occasions to try to cancel and there was always an excuse to why I couldn't cancel. Some of the excuses were: "Our system is down" or "Manager has to be in to cancel". Mind you, I've walked in to cancel on MULTIPLE occasions and those excuses were used every single time. Back in November, I had called to speak with a rep, and he stated that he was able to cancel over the phone. I felt as if this was fishy because most gyms I know require me to come in and cancel. He said to me that it would be canceled and that I would only be charged for December of 2024. Well, January 2025 comes around and I get charged again. So, I call the gym and ask for an explanation as to why I was charged and that my membership was supposed to be canceled back in November 2024. The rep said "There are no notes of you calling or requesting your membership to be canceled." At that point I was already extremely irritated with this company and how they handle their business and customers so I drove to the gym to cancel my membership in person. The rep told me that to cancel I would need my 24-hour pass. I did not have that on me because I wasn't aware that was needed to cancel but the rep could have told me that over the phone when he called. All he explained was that there was a cancellation fee and I would be charged the normal membership fee. So of course, I asked if I could cancel without it and he stated it was $30 fee for the pass. I told him to go ahead and charge me for it because I was so tired of the back and forth. The rep stated I would be billed in February for the regular membership fee, cancellation fee, and the 24-hour pass. So as of today, I was told that my membership was canceled and that February would be the last month I get billed from them. I've heard that before so we will see when March comes around and if I get billed again or not. Terrible place and definitely would not recommend because of how hard it is to cancel. This company definitely loss my business in the future (which I doubt they care) and will not be getting my recommendations from my peers ever in the future. Putting this out there to help those that were affected by the same situation I had or if you are thinking twice about getting a membership with...
Read moreI've had an account with Fitness 19 for as long as I can remember. Unknowingly Tapout Fitness bought my gym started charging me. I called and spoke to them and they said I could continue using the gym I just had to come in with and get a new key chain. I wasn't in a rush because I had another gym. So a few weeks later I end up at Tapout to pick up my new key chain. And I'm told in order too keep using the gym I have to pay 15 more a month. I said that's not what I was told on the phone. Then they said I was emailed, I was never emailed. They refused to refund me the 30 dollars they just charged me a couple days ago. I said if I can't use the gym you've been charging me for unless I pay more, why didn't you tell me? They then directed me to their ABC Financial company for a refund. I walked outside and called them and they told me they had the wrong phone number and email for me. I was confused they've been using the wrong phone number and email how are those charges even justified. The employee instructed me to go inside and ask the store for a refund because there's nothing they could do. Even though I started paying for a membership I can't use. I went back inside and spoke to a different employee who said those charges were Fitness 19, when they were Tapout fitness on my bank statement. I asked her why didn't you tell me on the phone unless I pay more I can't use the gym. She said "I or they didn't wanna go into all that." It's misleading so I'm out of 35 bucks for an account I can't use. She didn't get how paying a maintenance fee for a year a couple days ago is only useful if I have access to said gym for a year. Told me to cancel my other gym membership to use there's, and refused to refund charges for a gym I couldn't use regardless of when I walked in unless I pay more. Her final concession I could now use the gym till the 15th but I couldn't renew it for the rate I've had across two Fitness 19s, which made no sense. All they had to do is cancel my membership instead of trying to take me for more money. Now I'll never join Tapout Fitness and I live in the gym, I might of even kept it, but long story short, they lied. Lying to good customers, ones who've held a membership in good standing for years is bad business. Considering I travel and keep multiple gym memberships for...

I came here at 2pm on a Thursday, it was almost empty. I enjoyed my workout here. The front desk man was nice to me and took pity on me and let me in, although my membership is for Lilburn. (Thank you)
The machines are packed tight but are smartly placed. They are packed so I don't feel like I'm violating CDC and Anthony Fouchi. It's not weird you won't touch the guys thigh next to you. It is arranged well.
One row is specialty machines. Then Upper body is in one row. Then the next row is legs then cardio in the front. All of the machines seemed to be in working order. Whoever is fixing this location's machines needs to take a trip to the Lilburn location.
Two bathrooms, one changing room. No showers or sauna from what I saw. This is not a gym where you will spend the entire day. This is a gym where you can come to get a quick workout in and have a really good one. The bathroom was very clean.
I enjoyed the convenience of everything basic for legs in one row. Plus there were two of most of the machines. Very smart.
There is a boxing class room situation where you can stretch or punch. The floor was soft so it was great for my knees and they had gym mats. There was 80's pop blasting - I don't know why because the room was empty... all I remember was that "it's raining men HALLELUJAH..."
The vibe overall was very laid back and it was very clean. There were cleaning stations around the gym as well and I enjoyed looking out the window during cardio and watching the near miss car accidents in the parking lot. Kept me locked into my cardio. The "Feng shui" here was really good. It wasn't built over a burial ground or anything weird. Layout and flow is great too. You're going to like this spot. Trust me. Get the 24/7 card cause-can you imagine what good workouts you can have here at 2am in a black hoodie wile battling demons from your past?
I would definitely pay the day rate if I was in the area and wanted to use this gym for the day definitely worth it if I didn't have a membership. Cancellations seem to be an issue based on others reviews but I don't have a traditional membership here so I cannot speak on that.
Overall...
