Like many people, my first experience with Dreamedia was on YouTube. I was captivated by all of their instructional videos, theater room builds, and equipment reviews. It was because of the energy and enthusiasm of Zack and the crew, that I decided to give them a try even though I live about 1000 miles away. I'm so glad that I did!

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Dreamedia! Kellen was there every step of the way in providing options that would work with my space. We have a new construction home and he set me up with everything from speakers to screen to AVR equipment and rack.

Since I am DIY'ing it, like a lot of folks, I had a lot of questions. Kellen was patient and always willing to help address any questions or concerns that I had. Doing a theater room is not a small expense. However, with Kellen's help and guidance, we were able to come up with multiple options that would work for my space and budget...all at a price that could not be matched!

I also have to give very high praise for Daniel, their fulfillment manager. He always kept in contact with shipping updates and information for the equipment. Unfortunately, my AV Rack was damaged during shipment. Daniel arranged for another one to be shipped right away and for the other one to be retrieved. No hassle...and no problems!

Dreamedia just operates on another level! Their customer service and customer relations simply has no comparison that I have ever experienced. I will never look further than Dreamedia for future purchases and will always recommend their services!...

After doing a TON of research in preparing to build my custom home theater, I reached out to Dreamedia and connected with Kellen. While I pretty much knew what products I was going to use, speaking with him helped me confirm my choices and we also discussed some different products that I had not yet considered. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful in that regard.

He sent me a quote for a couple of different scenarios and I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the pricing was. When they say they guarantee the lowest price, they mean it!

In addition to the pricing, which is important, the service was top notch! Kellen and I were literally communicating at almost midnight getting the products ordered. He was always responsive and took the time to address all of my needs and concerns.

JVC RS2000, Panamorph DCR Lens, Lumagen processor, Audio Control Maestro X7 Processor, 2 Audio Control Savoy G4 Amps, Focal 1000 series speakers in a 7.2.6 Dolby atmos set up, 2 SVS SB 16 Ultra subwoofers, Stewart Filmscreen 150" AT 2.40 screen, Tributaries cables, Strong AV Rack, etc. I ordered all of this, and more, over the phone and via text from thousands of miles away. I would definitely recommend that you consider these guys and do not hesitate to order from them.

I first discovered Dreammedia on YouTube when I was researching media equipment and how to put together a media room since I’ve never had one. I was very impressed by the professionalism and integrity that I witnessed in the videos. I did price around thru various dealers and when I sent my price to Dreammedia they would somehow beat it! An invoice was sent to me about all the equipment I was interested in and a very detailed breakdown with all the specs on each piece. The clincher was the positive attitudes and friendliness of every person I dealt with at Dreammedia. I did make the mistake of not using Dreammedia installers , but Zach came to my house to make a video and instead spent a couple hours fixing the problems my installer created before he made the video.
