Fantastic experience here from start to finish. Emailed the owner, Dion for a question about what work I can get done here. the responses were prompt and we were able to get a drop-off date scheduled. First great thing about this shop, they allow you to bring your own parts. I needed tires replaced, and other shops made you buy through them, or the dealerships force you into certain tires. I drove down here with the tires in my car, and there was absolutely no problem. I found out they do wheel repair (wheels were very curb rashed), and inquired about that. I then agreed, and they asked if they wanted it a different color as well. I opted for gloss black. I also mentioned that I needed to get my front pads replaced, but didn't have the parts yet. Since they were going to have my car for a few days, they said I could just come down when I had all the parts. I decided to change out the front rotors AND do my rear pads and rotors. Once the parts arrived, I drove down in my beater and dropped off all the parts. No issues or problems. They just took them off my hands, gave me an estimate of when all the work would be done, and I was on my way. Got my car back a few days later. They did a great job. No issues, and the refinished wheels look awesome. Loving my new Michelin tires, Akebono Ceramic pads, and Zimmermann drilled rotors combo. I had no issues driving off after all the work. The price and rates were very fair compared to the dealer and even some other independent shops. I also asked about other services they offer, and they mentioned pretty much anything you could want/need to do to a car, they will help with. I am exploring installing a dash cam, radar detector, and remote start on my car, and they accommodate electronic parts installations too. They also mentioned they do detailing as well! The Service Advisor, Orlando, was a super cool and friendly guy. I will absolutely be doing business with this shop in the future. If you have a Volkswagen, Audi, or Porsche, I strongly recommend checking out this shop. They are Euro Specialists in general, so if even if you have a BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Etc. do your car and yourself a favor and bring it to these guys at...

Sloppy work. Went in to get tires fitted, alignment, and shocks. Here are four strikes I experienced at Drive Auto.

Tech didn’t remove the old wheel weight adhesive from the wheel. My old shop which I no longer am close to, or good shops in general, don’t have to be asked twice. Torque spec for wheel bolt on my car is 120 NM. Tech used an impact gun and absolutely welded the wheel onto the car. I nearly broke my breaker bar using all my weight and all the added leverage from a jack handle just to get the bolts off. They nearly ruined the threads on the rotors. Asked for old shocks to be kept aside for me for future study. I figured I shouldn’t nag and see if they remember. They forgot. Made for an awkward moment where the owner himself had to go fetch some from somewhere. Tech over-inflated tires to 41 psi when manual states at most 38 psi.

There were other smaller grievances that indicate poor workmanship, lack of situational awareness and basic respect and enthusiasm for foreign cars. If you need tires, this isn’t place to go. Management seems receptive and willing to listen, but I question the workmanship. They seem more interested in bigger ticket items where maybe the customer service is better. No debrief whatsoever after the job was done this time and last when I went in for routine transmission service. Radio silence unless you pry info out of them. Just pay, here are your keys, goodbye. Just wanna say hands down this is the only Guys I will ever trust with my car...Dion is the most honest, knowledgeable and hands on owner of any shop I've ever been to..he takes the time to listen to anything and everything that is going on with your car or upgrade suggestions and always gets it right the first time and is very fair with the price and provides service that is unbeatable....Ben is the most knowledgeable and awesome mechanic I've ever known....he always takes my car and treats it as if it was his own and trust me, that is hard to find these days...I'm telling everyone give these guys a try, you will never leave disappointed.

Update 12/27/22 Just finished getting my car back from Dion and the crew for an engine job and my car never ran better, even when new. There were many different options to take and consider when my engine failed and Dion was very patient and gave me a lot of different options including his own personal recommendation and that's what I decided to go with. Not only was the car ready in an extremely timely matter but the results were incredible with the car looking like it rolled out the factory floor and driving like never before...For all your maintenance needs and general repairs look nowhere else.
