Signifigantly overcharges but does do good work. They repaired a white gold bracelet by replacing a lobster clasp with a box clasp. They charged me over $400 which im sure was too expensive but it looked ok. I decided to give them another shot today and wont be going back. I was quoted $275 (pictured below $260 + 15.6 tax) to replace a small white gold bale. Stated the bale weighed 0.75g, and in the book i was shown the bale itself cost less than $75 dollars. Read moreI couldn't be happier! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in the right place. They treated us with respect, their pricing is BEYOND reasonable and their work is EXQUISITE! I walked in there with my late-grandmother's tiny, 1/4 carat loose diamond (that had been in a box for thirty years) and a semi mount I purchased online. Not only did Barry set my grandmother's stone by swapping out the mount on the ring I bought but he made it look GORGEOUS and treated us AND the ring like it belonged to his OWN grandparents'. If you need ANY work done by a jeweler, this is THE...
