Unique Snacks — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

Thank you so much for making your delicious pretzels. I live in FL and thankfully you distribute to my market. Every time I eat these pretzels, I feel like I'm back home in PA. I love them! Please however, contact Publix HQ and fix the distribution in FL. Publix is always out of the 'Original' style and claims it's because you can't meet demand. Likewise, the 'extra dark' style, which does not sell as well, is always in stock. In addition, Publix does not carry the 'extra salt', which they should! Please fix this whole debacle. If you can supply more 'original style', then please tell Publix to order more. They claim you can't meet demand which I do not believe. Also, if you are having trouble meeting demand, than stop baking the less popular 'extra darks' and make more 'originals'... It has been like this for years. Please get the problem solved. We were driving back from a vacation on our way back to Massachusetts and specifically planned to stop at Unique. We love Splits so much and were hoping to load up as they are much harder to get where we are. We met the nicest two employees, Maria and Bambi. They offered to let us try the different flavors of a new product called Puffzels. If you have to choose only one get the Honey Mustard but we really like the Homestyle too. They suggested the chocolate covered pretzels as they were running a special on them. I just wish I bought more of those. They are SO good. Splits covered in chocolate. Oh ya! So here it is, 10/12/19 and the wife and I decide to go to Unique to get a few boxes of their fantastic pretzels. But, I think, maybe I should check to see if they are open. Google visit, yes they're open. But after an hours drive, we find the store closed Sat, Sun and Monday. There's work being done on the store parking lot. Is that it or are they taking off for a long Columbus Day weekend? Either way, it should have been posted so I wouldn't have wasted 2 hours going and returning home. Not happy with that experience!
