Kyla served me in the drive thru portion of the pharmacy. Rude/unapologetic outcome in my experience overall from this particular CSR. More training or a different area to work in the store is an experience in physical suggestion. I dropped off my son's prescription at 12 noon on Monday June 27th, 2022. I was told to come back in 2 hours for pick up. I also asked if I would need my son's insurance card upon pick up and was relayed that the pharmacy would call me if necessary to do so. I received no call. Showing back up around 2:35pm. My son's prescriptions still were not filled. I was then told by Kyla to come back in another 15 to 20 minutes. Upon my return at 3:10pm (mind you waiting in the lines in drive thru aswell) I was then told by Kyla that my son's insurance needed renewed and that his prescriptions were written before renew was needed (the prescriptions were obtained yesterday) I then was told I could pay in cash or come inside the store to call my insurance myself. My phone had died by this time being out for over 3 hours waiting in the shopping mall and my children asleep with me in my vehicle. So I then went home. Called my insurance. My insurance said how they had no try for the insurance at all to fill said prescriptions or it would have shown a rejection in the insurance agents system. My insurance agent kindly called over to the CVS pharmacy relaying no rejection and my son's insurance processed the prescriptions no problem. The CVS pharmacy CSR in store on the phone said I'll put them in to be filled for tonight and hung up.. even though we'd explained how my sick son has been waiting since myself his mother had dropped of prescriptions at 12 noon. I then went into the store to avoid any more errors. The prescriptions were still not ready at 5pm at...
Read moreI have been coming to this CVS for over 15 years with no problems until the past year or so...I have automatic refills on my medication and they are never filled on time. Mostly 5 days after they are supposed to be refilled which for certain medications you cannot wait that long. Tonight I went in to pick up a medication for my niece, who needs her inhaler and in the middle of an asthma attack, we received a notification it was ready for pick up. We went in they were closed, I said to the front cashier that the website said they are opened till 8, mind you it was 7, the front cashier called them with no response. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the back and just talk to them through the slates. Which I did and explained what was happening, there was a very nice gentleman who tried to help only to be interrupted by a co worker who walked up and said "go away....BYE!" Really! This is not normal behavior for human beings, you are in control of life saving medication but you cannot act like this. Our society has no empathy anymore The employees who act like this deserve to be fired. I am completely appalled at the situation and want immediate action from CVS to fire this awful employee who thinks she can treat customers in this manner. Kudos to the gentleman that gave us the proper instructions to get the medication we needed. After 15 years, it's time I move on to a better, more caring pharmacy...Giant...
Read moreI’m mobility impaired so I always use the drive thru when picking up my meds. So we moved away and use a Different cvs - but for some reason this one called my doctor and refilled a prescription, so I was angry about that but was in town for another reason so decided to just pickup the meds while there. So when I approached the drive thru there was a handwritten sign stating that the drive thru is only being used for covid tests, all medication needs will have to be taken came of inside the store. So yeah I’m angry but ok - so I’ll juat have the meds mailed to me as I have some and can wait. Once home I login to the cvs app and now see that mailing of meds is no longer free- there is a 4.99 delivery fee. Meds were being mailed without charge for over a year due to covid - seems that’s no longer a priority concern but it seems that covid is enough a priority that the drive thru is devoted to testing. Fairly to mostly disappointing and...
